I am asked all the time, “Can I trust Brinks Home Security?”, “Do you like Brinks?”, or other similar questions. Well, I usually give an answer that is something along the lines of “yeah, I’d use them”, but I never really had solid reasons for my trust. So, I decided to sit down and think about it to come up with 5 good reasons why I like Brinks Home Security.

They have been keeping people safe with over 30 years of experience in the business! In an industry where safety is the biggest factor in the product, experience is a huge plus. They have had time to make any mistakes that could be made by such a company and fix all of them. By this point, they really don’t make any more mistakes. A more recent company without the advantage of experience, though, has the odds stacked against them. They would most likely make a safety comprimising mistake. Your safety is simply too important to justify any unnecessary risk.

They have true 24 hour service all around! They have 24 hour monitoring, of course, as any home security company that didn’t would be nearly useless, but Brinks also provides 24 hour support! That means that time is not an issue if something goes wrong with the system. They’ll come out and fix it even at 2 am. They make their customers top priority over everything, including sleep!

Remember all that stuff about the service stuff that you just read? Well, said service is VERY good, good enough to win awards! J.D. Powers and Associates have seen fit to declare that Brinks Home Security has “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience” for an impressive six years back-to-back. Not to mention that Brinks Home Security also got a “Best Buy” award from Consumer Digest for its standard security system! Awards definitely point to some high quality service.
4) Ease of Use
The keypad is incredibly simple and easy. It’s easy to turn it on, and easy enough to turn it off. On top of that, there are emergency buttons built into the pad that will activate the alarm and contact the monitoring personnel immediately if I’m ever in any danger while I’m at home. Everything is about your safety, and Brinks Home Security can certainly increase your safety!
5) Professional
Their entire staff is very professional. They are all Brinks employees who work in the US, instead of outsourced foreign workers in India who are so hard to understand that they could be completely useless in an emergency. Which, of course, is when it is absolutely necessary that you can understand the person on the other side of the phone. Brinks employees have licenses for the work that they do, they go through background checks, and they go through drug testing; all to insure that they will help you correctly when you need it the most.
Those are more than enough reasons for me to choose Brinks Home Security. The choice is still yours, though. Choose to trust Brinks, or pick “some other guy” to give your business to?
